Susan Comstock was born in San Francisco, California and holds a degree in music from the State University of New York. Her vocal and violin styles cover a broad range of musical idioms, including classical, jazz, sacred, Irish, blues, Latin, and Balkan. A classic song and dance style entertainer, she is an accomplished dancer in these related musical genres as well, and sings in four languages. These talents surely came in handy with her stint delivering live singing telegrams in Canada. She also spent six years as a music teacher within the California public school system. Whether she is finessing a jazz ballad or belting out a blues standard Susan is a solid sender who always connects on a visceral level with herself, her band, and the audience in a dynamic way. She has also sung with the San Francisco and Oakland Symphony Choruses, performed in cabaret and coffee houses in Greenwich Village, NYC, sung pop music with Robert Goulet and Henry Mancini, performed in musical theater in Canada, and was a member of the Balkan band Zemya.

John Knutson was born in Fort Knox Kentucky in 1951. He has been a full -time guitar builder and part-time professional musician over the last thirty years or so, playing his hand built archtop jazz guitars in performance and on recordings. A versatile multi-instrumentalist, John began playing guitar during the mid-sixties surf, rock, blues era. He has been writing songs and musical compositions ever since, copyrighting his first song in 1971. Catching the tail end of the big band era, John was especially inspired by live performances of the Duke Ellington Orchestra, Count Basie Band, Big Joe Turner, and others. He has been actively exploring and developing pre-bebop jazz and blues guitar styles in his music and compositions. John was a founding member of the Moodswing Combo.

Dalton Dillingham III was born and raised in Petaluma California. He studied cello at the Conservatory at the College of the Pacific, and joined the musicians union in 1946. He has played with the San Francisco, Santa Rosa, Marin, and Nashville Symphonies, the San Francisco Opera, and the MGM Orchestra. He toured Germany in the 1950’s with the 82nd Army Band, and 7th Army Symphony. He worked with Sol Hurok, the American Conservatory Theater, and played regionally with countless jazz bands and his own group The Dillinghams. Dalton has also composed and recorded numerous songs and jingles for the commercial music industry. With a professional musical career spanning over half a century, Dalton has played at one time or another with many of the jazz luminaries and pop icons of the 20th century including: T-Bone Walker, Louis Armstrong, Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, Lena Horne, Mose Allison, Mongo Santa Maria, Dolly Parton, Porter Wagoner, Lester Flat, John Hartford, Loretta Lynn, Johnny Cash, and the Sons of the Cajun Crawdaddy with Link Davis Jr.
